Wanlong Paradise Resort

Wanlong Paradise Resort is located in Chongli, Zhangjiakou, co-host city of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games. Developed in 2003, Wanlong is the earliest open-door ski resort in China. In 2007, China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) granted Wanlong the National AAAA level tourist attractions, with ski characteristics. It was the first ski resort in China to receive this honor.

Rely on the superior natural conditions and the excellent mountain resources, Wanlong has developed vertical drop of 554 meters, and 32 ski slopes, including 4 primary trails, 6 intermediate trails and 22 advanced trails. Thereinto, Jinlong, Yinlong, Menglong, Weilong, Tenglong and part of Yulong have been certified by ISF to meet international competition.In order to improve the skiing experience of high level skiers, Wanlong develops woodland skiing area which has over 230 square meters. As well, there has one primary ski run that can slide down from the top of mountain to ensure safety of public skiing lovers and family skiers. And it is suitable for all levels skiers. Accordingly, Wanlong has equipped with 6 high-speed gondolas and 3 magic carpets. Every year from the beginning of November to the end of April next year is the skiing time. The average annual period for ski has more than six months, and the average thickness of snow reaches about 1 meter, with rich and thick quality.Wanlong is the paradise for ski lovers. Downhill along the sunny hillside, walking through the crystal clear rime, enjoying a nap with sunshine after skiing , and maybe just a moment, you will also love the skiing simply. 

Certainly, skiing is not the only theme here. The auxiliary facilities owned by Wanlong include the Dragon Royal Hotel, Shuanglong Hotel, Yuelong Hotel , Wanlong International Apartment,and 7 different restaurants, etc. Developing four-season projects including outdoor outing in spring, escaping the heat in summer, uphill and watching the leaves in autumn as well as enjoying hot spring and skiing in winter.
