Taking the American ski industry for comparison: after the United States hosted the Winter Olympic Games in 1960, it enjoyed a 20-year period of explosive growth in its ski industry. Within merely 20 years, the annual number of ski visits increased 25 times, with an average annual growth rate of nearly 20%. Therefore, it is predicted that China's ice and snow industry will maintain at least another decade of high-speed growth and reach its peak growth period following the 2022 Winter Olympic Games. After 2030, China's ski industry will enter a mature stage, and is expected to become the world's largest ski market by then.
